could someone tell me what the different between gro lux light and full spectrum light (all fluorescent)

gro lux do none standard sizes and wattage (you can fit them in juwel tanks. They're T5HO, they're expensive.

A grolux bulb looks pink/purple. A so--called full spectrum does not look pink/purple.

They said normal fluorescent light fine for planted aquarium we call it neon lights is that right
Btw my tank 60*40*40 cm

You can use whatever light you want, just don\t use too much. Whatever lights are available at your location will be fine.
The most important thing, other than not using too much light, is that you like the look of the tank with those colors.

now i think about 2 day lights 60cm 2 gro lux 60 cm = 80 watt !!! ,is that ok !!!

my plants 80 % of it will be moss family ,fish small friendly types coze i love it

Look at the chart and determine, based on the distance from the bulb to the substrate, as well as the number of bulbs, how much PAR will be at the substrate. Try to stay in or near the blue zone.
