If i add 12% EDTA Iron of 100gms with 1L water would it produce a solution of 12000 ppm?

Also how much would 1 ml of this solution increase the ppm of Iron in a tank of 90L?

It would be very beneficial if someone shows this calculation.

Roughly, yes, because adding 100g of the fert to 1l of water will result in a little more than 1l of solution.
To be more precise, make a mark on the bottle at 1l level, add the fert in, then add the water to reach the mark.

If 1000ml contains 12000mg, then 1ml contains 12000/1000 = 12mg

Adding that 12mg into 90l = 12/90 = 0.13333333333333PPM
