What deficiency?

Guys, following on my other post on raising my CO2 levels. I have attached 2 pics of the plants. Can you help me identify what deficiency the plant has by the pic?

Knowing about your uncertainties with CO2, I guess CO2 is the culprit. Most likely not enough. You´ll be surprised how deceiving is using bps to account for CO2. I need about 7 bps to achieve a 1 unit pH drop with my bubble counter, but if I were to use a different bubble counter it could be more or less, depending on the volume of the CO2 drop...
 
Thanx herezor. I have been also adding liquid carbon to help but doesnt seems to change. The plant seems to be spreading but most of the leaves that sprout up are the same as the pic.
