Advice needed reference lumens..

I am split between three led lights and my concern is that i am putting to many lumens in my tank. I am only going to be slowly planting my tank. At the moment I only have 1 plant and 4 moss balls. If I put to many lumens in my tank could I do more damage then anything or get algae booms?
The 2 lights are the following specs ;
54 x 1w 6500k LEDs lumens - 3300
Or
72 x 1w 6500k LEDs lumens - 5200
Or
180 x .5w 6500k LEDd lumens - 6800

Any advice would be grateful
