Hello, new to the forums, does anyone know the type of plant in the picture? Also what are the black marks on the leaves, guessing excess phosphate

Hello. It's Echindorus bleheri. I don't see black marks but I doubt it's excess nutrients. Excess nutrients aren't an issue for plants as they store them. Lack of nutrients is more an issue.
