Bottle referb

hi, I recently took my co2 bottle to be refilled but was told by the aquarium shop that their supplier would not refill my bottle as the date stamped onto it had expired. Does anyone know where I could get my bottle refurbished?

I'm located in Devon but travell for work up to Solihull
