Morning etc.

I'm setting up a new Juwel Lido 120 low tech.
Most of the aquascaping will be hardy plants that wont require much attention.

However I'm planning on having the tank topless with a luminaire of my own design over it which will use a small amount of LED strip as a sunrise / sunset and then standard CFL for the main lighting.
I'm struggling to find info on the lumens of the Juwel lighting (x2 24W T5's - x1 9000k and x1 4100k) and therefore what equivalent I'll need to use in CFL.

I'm assuming at this stage that a direct equivalent would be ok - so x2 or 3 of these:

But I'm just not sure.

Should I just go for x1 of these:

Which has a much higher lumen output and I know is used for growing plants.

Help!

Thanks in advance.
