Cheap MH lighting

I notice quite a lot of interest in metal halide lights on the forum recently!
When I swapped over from reef keeping I also used a MH for a time but found the light to imposing on my living room ambience.
This was probably due to the distance I had to suspend the 250w light above the tank to avoid algae but resulted in the room appearing like Blackpool tower LOL.
Anyway I notice 70w MH lights for sale at very reasonable prices, OK you might have to DIY a more attractive surround but at this price its cheap? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/70W-METAL-HAL ... 19c9c444a1

I got a JJC 70w MH shop spotlight on ebay for something like £23 a year ago. Works fine but pretty ugly, haven't got around to DIYing a surround yet.

Wouldn't be hard to have a metal surround setup, and spray painted.

For most tanks 70w are enough, so that may be a good choice. The issue I think is the spread of light.
