Hi All,
Managed to get hold of some of this relatively cheaply and was just wondering what sort of depth I need?
Also does it leach anything out initially?

I've never used it but it looks similar to jbl aquabasis which I have used, 2-5 cm layer capped with double the depth of gravel/sand has worked well for me, as for leaching always worth carrying out a few large water changes in the first few weeks even with low tech ime, hope this helps.
