Juwel lido 120 T5 Hi-lite

Hi guys im just wondering if some one could help me out here

i have a juwel lido 120 with 2 x T5 24w Hi-Lite Day tubes in it with x 2 reflectors
im wondering what area this puts my tank light in as i dont really understand the PAR thing

Lido 120 is about 20" deep, thus one tube is about 60 PAR so two tubes with reflectors will be over 200 PAR so well and truly high light region.
