Lighting upgrade

I have not used any of them. However, you may consider the following aspects:

1. the second one is cheaper.
2. they differ in the range of light intensity that can be used: second one - 8W, 16W, 24W; first one - 18w, 36W.
3. They seem to use different bulbs. Try to find which are easier to replace locally.
