Need for reflectors

Hi new to planted.
I'm setting up a rio 180, 101 x 41 x 50cm(H) for an iwagumi tank. It uses 2 x T5, each 45W. Now I have relectors for the tank but I'm unsure wether to use or not.

Would starting off the tank without the relectors be the reasonable approach and then adding later on down the line or kick off from the start?

From my experience mate without the reflectors and a short photopriod 5 or 6 hours max too much light while trying to get co2 and flow sorted will only lead to problems
