Recommended lighting for new planted nano tank

I'm preparing my first planted nano - one of the larger P&H cubes (27 litres). I'm considering the Arcadia arcpod 11W (~£23) or the TMC aquaHabitats MicroLED 200 (~£34). This tank is for my office, will have easy, low maintenance plants and a small number of breeding shrimp (CRS).

Are there other lights I should consider? If not, which of those listed above would be the better? My reading of the forum suggests that the Arcadia is more yellow (6.5k) whereas the TMC, being 9k is bright white, but both are widely used. I don't want to buy an addition bracket for the TMC Mini LED 400 (even more light, even more dosh) unless I really have to.

With thanks.
