Ive just ordered a pair of juwel light reflectors for my lido 100 2 x 15w t8 tubes, I was just wondering if there any good as ive never used reflectors before.

It'll definitely increase your light input, the overall effect won't be as drastic as say moving to t8's but you should still be able to grow most anything provided co2 is good.
 
Ive now had the reflectors in my tank for just over a couple of weeks and i have noticed a slight spert in growth.
I think it was money well spent investing in a pair.
