This is my first attempt to do something close to aquascaping and with some carpet plants.
I choosed micranthemum sp. monte carlo after watching George Farmer's iwagumi Still i bought 2 portions

Setup Date: 10 feb 2014

Tank: Eheim Aquapro 60XL 60x35x40cms - 84L gross, 70L net

Lights: 2x24W T5L8 10000 + 6500 K 8h/day

Filtration: EHEIM 2213

Hardscape: Red moor wood and shale rocks

Substrate Akadama + ADA Aquasoil Amazonia

Fertilization: EI plus pressurized co2

Flora: Micranthemum sp. monte carlo, Marsilea hirsuta, Riccardia Chamedryfolia, Monosolenium Tenerum, Ranunculus inundatus, Cryptocoryne parva, Echinodorus tennelus, Cryptocoryne petchii pink, Anubias barteri var. nana petite, Microsorum pteropus, Bolbitis heuledotti, Hygrophila pinnatifida, limnobium laevigatum and Salvinia natans.

Done nothing special i guess , just planted and fertilize with co2 and macros/micros diy estimate index. It´s my first attempt with monte carlo and loving it! I do water changes of 50% twice a week too.

Anyway not everything goes as good as i desire, do have filamentous algae and bba , ilet me show you one video i did to fight them:
