What to put with a Life-Glo?

I've read and read on T5 bulbs and now my brain hurts. I need to sort out my neglected 130 litre. I had a Power Glo and Aqua Glo, my Power Glo went pop and the Aqua Glo is on it's way out. I've replaced the Power Glo with a Life Glo but what to stick where the Aqua Glo is?

I do low maintenance planted tanks as dosing/CO2 is too much like hard work at the moment haha! Just have some sickly looking Crypts in there at the moment. And algae.

So help! Tell me what to stick with the Life-Glo. Another Life-Glo?

Plants use any light available and don't care what the spectrum is. You choose a tube that makes your plants look good. Too higher K values, plants can look washed out, too lower K value and plants look darker and more "orange".
