Hi I bought a cheap auction site 25w heater that is no good. The thermostat switch is not accurate and it's getting damp inside.
Without spending a fortune can anyo e reccomend a good heater for a 19l tank?

I like nice looking kit if I can use it and went for this Fluval in my old 35L Nano but it may be a bit big for your tank?

I’m not using any heating in my 10L Nano at the moment and it’s hovering around just under 24°, the internal filter seems to be heating it up a little.

I may set up my 35L Nano again and if I do I’m going to try an under tank heater again as I did years ago.

I think it depends what you regard as a fortune; but once and have a heater that lasts or spend not so much and end up replacing it?
I used to use inline heaters but decided to swap back to Titanium heaters and a controller which isn't as expensive as you might think.
Titanium heaters you don't really hear of failing, especially Schego ones but they do require a controller; a good, cheap controller all ready to go is the Elitech ATC controllers used by marine people 9/10 times

Worth looking how long the heater is if you decide to go this route, I'm sure they do a 50w.
