Hi all,
I removed all my co2 gear from the tank a few weeks ago to clean the tank and equipment. The diffuser was a bit brown but since it’s been sat in the cabinet for a while it seems to have gone mouldy.
Can this be cleaned up or is it beyond that?

Thats all i ever did put in in a cup with co2 switched on boiler water and a large squirt of normal toilet bleach and leave while doing water change then put in a cup with 5ml prime and water and give a good shake about then never had any issues

Yeah thin bleach and I would use 5 parts bleach as long as you give it a good clean and a soak in prime after should be fine

Job done! Slight bit of discolouration on the rubber at each end of the ceramic but I’m not too worried about that.
Thanks for the advice mate 👍🏻
All ready to go back in the tank at the weekend 😁
