Smaller external filter with built in heaters

I've got a 45L tank with a Oase Filtosmart 100 currently but I'm looking to move that filter to another tank.

I like Biomaster filters but I'm not a fan of the Filtosmarts, even though logically the Filtosmart 200 would be a fine filter to use.

Are there any other brand filters with built in heaters?

Could always go for the Biomaster Thermo 250 and put taps on the pipes to control flow if it's too much. Second hand, it's basically the same price as a new filtosmart.
