    what to do when you have no lighting?

    my light unit broke yesterday and the plants have no light source, i am looking for a new light but until then what should i do? Should i carry on dosing liquid carbon and ferts or not? Help would be lovely :)

    ahh i was just thinking about the crypts melting, im guessing if i put them in a tray of water, the leaves will melt because of different water parameters? but then when i put them in the tank, the leaves crypts will probably melt again wont they? because of more different water parameters...
