I would assume you can do it by filling the gap with silicone as you would a normal tank. All three of those panes would be pushing out from the water pressure so it should force a tighter seal if anything. 20cm tall, I wouldn't put to much thought into it :)
The biggest problem you will have is fungal growth. You can periodically flood and drain to halt it. Extremely easy to keep this way. Don't require additional light other than ambient room light and i misted every 6-8 weeks. They don't enjoy constantly wet leaves when emersed. Soil can be damp...
This plant came from my mother's pond. It contains natives and mimulus luteus which self seeds all over the place. Any ideas?

The orange is very obvious emersed but I imagine people complained about the red from tropica. Quite underwhelming

I was readin something the other day about temperatures above 60 removing cyanide some how. Do you know much about this at all? If so then a quick boil wold do the trick perhaps?

Lighting is the standard 5050 led that came with the tank. Quite dim but I don't need bright light's for this one.
Fish are likely going to be bororas merah if I find them
