If you have seiri stone mountain rock in your aquarium, depending how much you have In your tank your kh will raise ever day. My kh in my tanks that does not have that much mountain rock in it raises by 1dkh daily . khco3 will raise the kh as well.

Hi Andrew Thanks for the reply I thought that because the ro unit was producing water quicker that it would do it with less waste water as well. That's good that it will have a tds of 0 ish was not shore because of the big membrane it uses 400 gpd I was hoping to fill 100lt of tank ro water...

hi paul i use seachem equilibrium in all my tanks to raise the gh,i have a ro unit and i use 27l plastic containers that i fill up then i dose 3/4 tsp of equilibrium to the container then just take 27l of take water out and replace,this keeps my gh at about 3 degrees then i dose fert once a week...
