hi the wood had actually been 2 seperate pieces as you can see below, but i thought it looked better with both bits jointed together, i have some other pieces of wood but there about half the size & just didnt look right in the tank but may be when ive got some plants in there it would...

some advice needed on new tank layout. ive got some aquascape rocks, 2 pots of crypt wendti green, 2 bacopa caroliniana, 1 bacopa australis, 1 bacopa monnieri, & a few other bits & bobs. the tanks a Rio 240, 2 x 54w t5's, aquabasis plus substrate covered with 2" of manando at the front & 4"...

like wants been said already,you will probably get a better diffuser and maybe an FE,so you won't need the whole kit.depends on how often you want to refill the bottle yeah, at the moment im trying to way up my options & figure what funds i have avialible, i checked aquatic supplys ireland web...

to be honest i had, but i have just bought a new tank, substrate (manando) plants & decor. and i really just want some thing new that i can take out of the box & connect up without having to try & use bits & bobs from different things to get a set up, i also dont have alot of time free to sort...

ive sort of made up my mind to either go for a JBL system or a D-D system to add co2 to my tank. im sure theres people on here that are useing the same set ups at present & i was wondering what your experiences were with these units good & bad.

Bearing in mind that im tight fisted and nothing but moths live in my wallet, god i know that feeling :lol: i had used it aswell, it says on the bag contains enough nutrients for the 1st season growth then would benefit from additives being added, so i used it & bucked a load of jbl fert balls...
