Looks like they have a switch for each bulb also so you can lower if necessary.

I've got a 60cm 38w PL (gives me 2.5 WPUSG on my 54l tank) overtank from a guy in Sunderland (Aquatic Fanatic) and i'm really, really pleased with it ... especially as it cost £25 delivered and turned up the day after ordering it! He did say they might be a bit more expensive in future due to changes in the exchange rate. Looks the business as well - brushed aluminium finish. If anyone is interested PM me and i'll send you his details. Doesn't have a website but has a Yellow Pages listing with landline and i did all the checks to make sure he's legit - accepts PayPal as well.
