Is 78W enough for 90 liter aquarium?

Hi Arthur.

Might be a bit too much light to start with.
90l = 23 (US) gallons, therefore you have more than 3wpg :wideyed: .
You would grow just about anything you wished with the 2 x 24w T5's.
Too much light can often cause more problems than it's worth, as everything has to be in A1 order, e.g. ferts, CO2, flow, maintenance etc.
I would suggest you start with your lighting low, and once you've got the hang of growing plants without growing algae, up the lighting if you want to, but that just ups the maintenance too :( .
