what should I do to my plants before introducing them

What sort of things should I be looking to do before I introduce them? I have heard of fizzy water but is that it?

Yeah pretty much, almost all of your threads could have been answered using the search facility. Not to have a dig, I've yet to see a question I don't like but sometimes it's worth being prudent as most questions are pretty commonly asked.
