Hi all, has anyone had any trouble with the big red release button on the eheim pro, mine simply wont budge

Make sure that the integrated shut off valve on the safety adapator is fully across to the right before pressing the red button if its not the button cannot be depressed.

well as simple as that I held and pressed it to the left while pressing the red button at the same time and up she popped!!
