Best diffusion least gas

Hi all just a quick question as the topic says what is the best form of diffusion ie reactor/mister/ diffuser that uses the least amount of gas

Probably an external reactor

from what I've seen an external reactor would be the way to go.

Makes sense too, no where for the gas to go other than to completely disolve into the water.

Can't wait to start using mine!
