Broken co2 solenoid

My solenoid will not shut off fully, It just keeps letting co2 through. Help. Its the ones from Germany off eBay at 25.00 pounds. Help please.

If you got it from Lunapet, according to the product description on Ebay, it comes with 24 months Warranty.

Sorry unable to help with a replacement, as both mine are in use.

I contacted them and they said that they have sent replacement out. What a service. Good old Germans. Why are they always more efecient than us English people. lol.
