Has anyone used one of these, A friend has one on his 5G hex and says the light is excellent and great for plant growth.

Never seen that before! Certainly has a lot of LEDs! I see from the box that it's only 3.8w, might would mean each LED is only 0.03w each? That sounds very low to me, even for LEDs?

I want to use it on a 1.5G Globe Pico, it should be ok for that?.
Plants would be Red tiger lotus and Hairgrass.

I'm not sure to be hoenst, but for a pico I would think it'd be fine, given that a desk lamp is also works for picos.

Ok, just wanted a Super bright white light. Will see what plant growth is like, and only a fiver - can't hurt to try.
