Cleaning diffuser

Hi
I am using a little plastic diffuser i got with my D&D co2 system. It's a great job and keeps nice fine bubbles circulating around my tank. The problem is it keeps blocking and i think the small white disk needs cleaned. Anyone got any tips on what i can clean it with.

You can use Miltons cleaner or bleach, I use bleach myself. Flood the disk with bleach and set aside for 5-10 minutes rinse and repeat 2-4 times then leave to soak for an hour in 50:50 water/chlorination solution then for another few hours in warm water. This is best done over night and the diffuser replaced in the morning. It's the longer way but it gets best results for me.

That's a novel idea, esp if you add excel anyway. Alternatively I just put some neat bleach onto the disk and leave for 5mins, then rinse off.
