Hi,
I have an Aquaone 850AR (165l) aquarium (yes, the one with the dreaded trickle filter :? ). Despite reading of the difficulties of running CO2 with this set up I want to give it a try. As part of the prep I was looking at the above pump to achieve the correct flow. What I would like to know is:

a) what are the dimensions of the pump?

b) will the flow flatten any stem plants?

c) where would you position the pump in terms of height and direction (ie down the length of the tank or angled across the width)?

Any advice is much appreciated.

If only I'd seen this site before I got the tank

Mine is fine in my 54litre, positioned to push the flow down towards the substrate and then around following the outlet flow of the filter.
