Hi

Due to my small problems with shrimps and snails I need to change my micro for something what contain less copper than micro which I use now

Any ideas?? What do You use ??

This should be helpful:

https://github.com/flores/yet-another-n ... er%28Cu%29

CSM+B

1.5% Magnesium (MG),
1.5% Magnesium (cheleted)
0.10% Copper (Cu)
7.0% Iron (Fe - cheleted),
2.0% Maganese (Mn - Cheleted)
0.06% Molybedenum (MO)
0.40% Zinc (Zn - cheleted)

You have to dose 5ppm of Fe in your aquarium in order to reach the copper level of toxicity for shrimps that means I would be more worried about tap water containing high levels copper than regular fertilizer.

Cheers,
Mike

Hi alzak

No need to stress.
During my experimenting days , I double dosed EI levels of everything, including the Trace mentioned above.
All fish and shrimp were fine :D .
Gone back to normal levels now.

most of my shrimps and snails are dead unfortunately ...

only option is my water service provider add something to water ?
