Trimming Hydrocotyle

Thanks Luis,

That's exactly what I've got at the moment, in soil in a bonsai pot. I found it very slow just in the pot, but it's been in a tuppaware pot as well for the last 2 weeks and it's gone mad. Spread about 500x quicker with the higher humidity, no exaggeration. It is pretty slow in the tank, too. I'll trim one section right back and see how we go.

Cheers,

Indeed I have. It's nothing presentable really, just more experiments. Got some HC and 1-2-Grow Hairgrass doing nicely in there too. [edit] The lid is kept on usually!

Yeah it is nice. No algae, and very easy!!

Does anyone happen to know if Hydrocotyle requires more NPK than most? I've noticed that since dropping EI and just dosing K and trace, it's yellowed and looks rough. I've trimmed it right back to see if anything improves. The rest of the plants are fine.
