wave regulator and up atomizer problem?

I just brought the wave regulator and fitted it to FE working pressure shows around 1.8 but looking at the up atomizer I have 1 bubble coming through it about every 20sec..

I have the needle vale fully open for that aswell but something isn't right any ideas as I don't want to leave the vale open fully to find out I come home from work tomorrow and it's working but killed my fish :s

Up Atomizer needs 2.0 to 2.1 bars to work (around 30 psi)

Yheck if your reg has adjustable working pressure above 2.0 bars, or you're stuck
