FE refill: How much?!

How much does it usually cost for a 2Kg FE refill?
I have been quoted £18 and thought that seemed expensive. Also, I live In Falkirk does anybody know of places where I can get my refill done?

That's fairly average I would have thought. My local guy will charge £20 for a 2kg bottle swap

This guy fills them up he quoted me a tenner or a full second hand one for £25. He is a bit away from Falkirk but I think he delivers
