Looking for some pointer's on using a power head for co2 diffusion, Currently using a fluval 2 plus with a ceramic diffuser inside the casing.
Which seems to do the job but even after being on for 2 hours before the lights come on the drop checker is just about turning green!
And that's with the bubble rate at a level you can't count
So was looking at using a more powerful power head to push the co2 round the tank better, Would i be able to put the co2 tube into the bottom of the power head and let the impeller chop the co2 up? or would i be better to put the ceramic diffuser underneath the uptake of the power head!
I was looking at getting a UP atomizer but iam using a fx5 and don't want to reduce the pipe size as i don't want to reduce the flow.
Cheers
