Take your pick I think they are pretty much synonymous, but I am sure some pedantic ichthyologist will tell you otherwise.

Really not convinced due to the markings of the tail

Looks like a washed out gossei. They look fairly similar to bronze but they have those markings on the tail.

I will risk further scrutiny of my general ignorance on such matters by agreeing. A quick search on Google images throws up some pretty convincing evidence. But then I'm not a pedantic ichthyologist; so what do I know anyway!

It's not washed out though not the best pic but have six and in great health/condition

If it has a short snout its Gossei if it has a long snout its suessi (forgive my spelling). They are one of my favourite Cory sp.
