Will Carbon and Zeolite Remove Ferts

As the title says, will carbon and zeolite in the filter remove fertilisers from the tank? I will be using the EI dry ferts method.

Not to my knowledge, maybe a little with carbon, but with EI you'll not fall short of any nutrient.
