Need Advice on new setup

Hello I have been collecting all the equipment to start my first planted tank.
I am aiming to build a 60l Iwagumi tank, I have already purchased the substrate, plants, 36w fluorescent light...
I am trying to build a cheap'ish Co2 system, I have just purchased a Co2 bottle from ebay, the bottle is unbranded but the owner says it fits JBL regulators.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/140672459552#ht_720wt_1413

My question is, can I use any regulator on this bottle, like ones without solenoids or multiple gauges?
Here are the ones I have been looking at:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/UP-Plant-...plies_Fish&hash=item255b15f4e2#ht_3532wt_1180

If it is possible to use these regulators on my setup, what would be the pro/cons of using such cheap parts?
Also is this enough lighting for this setup, or should I retrofit another 36w bulb into my hood?
If anyone can help I would be much appreciative as I am feeling a little lost in this slightly daunting matter.
Many Thanks, Ben.

Hi and
Your money would be better spent on this  http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CORNELIUS-KEG ... 33702bc5e7
That's if you can get the cylinder re-filled.
Yes too answer your question, those will but.......
I wouldn't waste your money on cheaper regulator valves.
The regulator is the most important piece of kit you should spend your hard earned cash on.
Try bidding on the better quality used regs like JBL...if possible.

Ok thanks for the advice, I am confident I can get it refilled at my local fish shop in London. But I guess I just want to know if the regulators I posted above will work/fit on the bottle I have bought. Ideally I would love to buy a JBL Reg but money is very tight. Thanks

Hi
The problem is when you purchase these cheaper regulators they don't have a working pressure needle valve.
So you have to purchase one of those.
Then if you want a night shut off valve/Solenoid....more cash.

Maybe a few scapers have used these regulator valves and can give you some information and heads up.
Cheers
