Dianema longibarbis or Megalechis thoracata

Hi All
Has anybody kept either of these, Dianema longibarbis or Megalechis thoracata, species. Do they root around much? Im really after a quiet 4-6" long catfish that wont uproot my plants and I'll actually get to see.

i have kept both of these in the past and although they do root around a fair bit they dont tend to dig into the substate to much, i never had any problems with them uprooting plants. Dianema urostriatum is also very nice.
