Aponogeton Crispus,Hygro Corymbosa,Hygro Polysperma 'Rosanverig',
Hygro Pinnatifida,Alternanthera Reineckii,
Crypt Walkeri,Crypt 'Petchii',Crypt Amoricum,Stau Repens,Eleocharis Parvula

This month
added background & Hydor inline heater
Finally gave up on the Hygro Pinna. It never really took, it would grow new leaves which would die off,
regrow new ones, which died off etc,etc
Replaced it with Echindorus Red devil, and also added Echinodorus compacta
Pinched out the Alternanthera to try and keep that small and bushy.
Hygro Corymbosa is shooting up fast, as is Hygro Polysperma Rosanverig
Hairgrass isn't doing much either way, so have pruned to try and encourage.
Stau repens melted and has yet to come back, though the 'stalks' are green and still alive.

Apologises if the pics aren't the best, but i have enough to handle with getting stuff trying to grow,
before i worry about on my photography skills :)
Thanks for looking & advise.

Looks good! Not too sure about the placement of the wood though IMO. Still, just an opinion!
I'd probably make it a lot worse, hows the Parvula coming along?

No worries, it's all about opinions
The Parvula is slower than i hoped for, so have trimmed & aimed more flow at it.

Nice scape. I like the little inland cliff a lot.

Cheers. It still needs to grow in a bit.Still learning my way into this planted lark :)

Not much going on, moved couple of rocks about
Fitted Hydor inline heater.Impressed with it, though it's a big old beast.
Does Frogbit flower? Looks different to how the plant usually produces offspring.

Fiddled about trying to get the flow right,( carpeting plants weren't exactly taking off).
Moved the spaybar to the same end as intake, and angled slightly up.
Attempting to get flow to hit far side & roll down & back.
One week after moving it, and adjusting the flow, my lazy Parvula is starting to show signs of runners.Tiny, but def runners & the remaining Stau stems all now have leaves
Not the best pic, bit too dark

Hi,
coming along nicely and certainly filling in
What fish are they?, they look very nice and go well with your scape.
Cheerio,
Ady.

Thanks, will be a lot happier when the carpeting fills in better.
The fish are Microdevario Kubotai, school nicely together & will stay small.Got 15 in there, couple of Amano shrimp & several oto's.

Very nice choice of fish, I've not seen them before.
Cheers, good thing about them is they max out at 2cms so the bioload is quite small, and they stick together well.
For me, i always prefer to have a larger number of smaller fish in a tank this size.
Most MA will stock them as 'Neon Green' Rasboras, sometimes 'Neon Yellow', though i was lucky as my LFS had them in cheaper.

They are cracking little fish I had some way back. They get a lovely blue / purple tinge on the upper side and that lovely bright green on the flanks. They look really nice in your scape.

That they do
Not easy to photograph though, at least for me :D
