Help identifying L-Number pleco

Bought this young Pleco today but it wasnt labelled and was wondering if any you could help me identify it?

could be you'd have to get a better shot of the mouth and dorsal fin to get an accurate id though

Hi all,
This is the great "spotty plec" debate. Try Hypancistrus L201 <http://www.plecoplanet.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1835>, but as Hinch says you need a shot of its mouth.

Tell me about it I have 3 "snowballs" which I was told were 142's but everyone I've shown them to has said a different spotty and I just can't decide at all.

You can't really be sure from the photo, you really need to see the teeth, but that looks like a Hypancistrus, making L201 likely. Have a look at the picture in the last post in this thread to see what I mean. <http://www.planetcatfish.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=18869&p=107222>.

Looks a bit thin as well, have a look at this section <http://www.ukaps.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=20735&hilit=L201&start=140> of "ADA 60-P planted tank 'Prairie' (week 10, new photos)".
