CO2 cylinders

Hi guys,
Do you know if a cylinder like that would be fine for a planted tank? I am just concerned that it may contain other gases?? I could ask AirLiquid themselves but I could get this canister on the basis that it "fell off the delivery truck" kind of thing
And how to I connect it to my diffuser?

If you get a micrometer. Measure the Thread, I think standard fit is 21.something Mm.

Or just try fit your reg on it sneakily
It shouldn't contain other gases though.

Looks like pure CO2 to me, just pull off that plastic cap and attach your regulator there

Thanks for your replies...
My current regulator is a Dennerle and won't fit this cannister...any recommendation on a cheap regulator that would do the trick? Or any particular specs I need to look for/avoid?
