Carpeting Plants

I quite fancy sorting a carpet effect. Which are the best plants to use? Ones that don't grow too high preferably.

Any ideas?

What kind of tank do you have pressurised CO2/No CO2.

That will help with guidance

O yea sorry.

Dosing with EI and I have pressurised CO2. About 2.5 wpg.
