Hello all
I have just taken delivery of a massive pot of crypts!! Stunning looking in the pot, loads of decent foliage, but when planted in my tank, they just looks really messy!

The question I have is: to tidy the plants up can I cut them back? They all have decent roots, but will a good cutting kill them off?

Any tips would be appreciated!

Cheers

Alastair & Tim  thanks for the replies. I will give them a bit of a trim then & try to tidy them up a bit.

Crypts are really robust. To ensure better growht I always add a root tab under the roots to give them a nice kickstart.
