I've noticed UP have 2 inline diffuser models, i would like to know which one is the latest model.

The bigger 'Super' one which you can take apart (looks like a plastic beaker) is newer. However, the normal one, even though you can't take it apart, is better. I don't think any one would disagree. It's really fiddly to put the 'Super' back together and keep it leak-free.
If you need to clean the normal one, just soak it in bleach solution and then dechlorinate.
