Ideas for a new large Tetra

My Colombian Red Fins, whilst they have been beautiful and straightforward, are getting old and have gone from 6 down to 3, so I'm starting to think about getting something new. Favourites at the moment are Congo Tetra, but the local shops also have Rosy Tetra, Bleeding Hearts and Bentosi Tetra. It is a 270 L tank, heavily planted, so it needs to be something a bit bigger than the little guys. Anyone any particular thoughts ?

Buenos Aires Tetra are quite striking and get to a max of 4", Emperor Tetra's are also nice but only get to around 2", or theres the Bloodfin Tetra similar colouring to the Colombians but a more intense red and of course different body shape these get to around 2.5"

Splash Tetra, Brilliant Rasbora, Emperor, Kitty, the list of larger tetras in quite big. Can have a look at post most of the larger species for you if needed.

They are really nice fish, but they are great plant nibblers.
