Plant Pots What do u do?

Hi All
When I buy new plants they come in those plastic mesh plant pots.
I normally keep them in the pots for a few weeks or untill the plant looks poorly then plant them directly into the substrate and they grow much better.
I was just wondering what other people do, keep them in pots or remove them immediately????

Remove, discard rockwool, seperate and then plant.

Agree with the above, plants will grow better as they are not restricted by the pot, and you won't have an ugly plant pot in your tank!

I am coming to the same conclusion, its just if I remove them from the pot immediately after buying they tend not to survive, well it happened once and never tried again. Its just a pain what im doing at the moment, planting in the pots and 6 weeks later removing pots. I usually do this when they start to look.........not their best.
