Hi guys,
I just got some plants from AquaEssentials and they look great and I'm really excited to begin planting , but I have to wait a couple days to plant them, any ideas on how to store the plants a few days before I begin planting?
Thanks

Big plastic tub with lid and maybe a small heater. Some window light should suffice for a day or two

The best way is actually to keep temp. on the low side, to "slow down life-processes". 15-18 Celsius will do nicely for some days storage........
Same goes about light intensity.......
Mick.

I just drop the pots in the tank until I am ready to plant.
I have such a bad plant buying habit that there are always pots stuck in there somewhere .

Okay thanks guys, I currently have 7 potted plants in a big pan under a desk lamp, no heater, do you reckon that's okay or should i remove the light?

For those couple of days, it's really not a big deal. Your arrangement will do fine :)
